The key ingredient for exfoliation in this soap is ground pumice. Pumice is a natural exfoliant made from volcanic ash. The gritty, yet fine nature of this natural exfoliant works wonders for scrubbing difficult stains of all kinds and releases dirt, grease, and grime.

This soap is VERY scrubby. It is the reason why it works so well.
Do not use on delicate, sensitive skin.
Use a little soap and then work the pomace in the stained hands/surface for cleansing. Rinse well.
